I always say – “a Pizza is only as good as the oven it is baked in and as delicious as the freshness of it`s ingredients”.

We at the Ale House buy fresh local ingredients every weekend for our pizza`s, which are done in a piping hot wood fired pizza oven, the true Italian way.

A pizza should be on a thin sturdy base.

A base that is pre-baked before receiving toppings, to ensure a crispy crunch with moist ingredients.

This makes for that wholesome authentic taste.

All our ingredients are procured locally from Jasmyn Farms which boast a modern dairy and produce the high quality mozzarella and cheddar, which we use.

Irish Devil (very hot)

Broederstroom Mince, Mushroom Jalapeno Chillies, Green Pepper, Peppadew, Mozzarella, Cheddar, Fresh Basil.


Plain and fresh with a sprinkle of Garlic and Rosemary (ideal accompaniment to wine)...
